Construction Project Manager/Sales Lead

You’ll oversee construction projects from estimate to completion and generate your own pipeline through networking, referrals, and lead development.

You’ll also manage overflow projects from the management team.

• Oversee residential and light commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Conduct site visits, create scopes of work, and prepare accurate estimates
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, schedules, and inspections
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines
• Track project budgets, change orders, and profitability
• Provide daily or weekly updates to leadership and clients on project progress

• Build your own book of business through networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Respond to inbound leads and convert them into signed contracts
• Prepare and present proposals to homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients
• Maintain a strong presence in local neighborhoods, real estate circles, and community events
• Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
• Identify new service opportunities and upsell where appropriate
