Role purpose
Plan, design, and oversee construction projects that deliver safe, code-compliant civil infrastructure on time and within budget.
Lead structural and civil engineering design, permitting, construction oversight, cost control, schedule management, and risk mitigation.
Project delivery
- Coordinate stakeholders and support contractors through project execution.
- Optimize material use and minimize construction risk.
- Manage project schedules with MS Project and maintain cost control.
- Lead permitting, compliance, and regulatory workflows.
Technical capabilities
- Perform structural analysis and design.
- Complete civil drafting using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Apply geotechnical and hydraulics fundamentals.
- Manage code compliance and permitting workflows.
- Use stakeholder communication, risk management, problem-solving, leadership, and team coordination.
Experience
