Position Summary

  • Glow Space Glass & Aluminium L.L.C. is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee aluminium and glass projects from project award through successful completion.
  • The successful candidate will coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 (All inclusive)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple aluminium and glass projects simultaneously.
  • Plan, coordinate, supervise, and monitor all project activities from commencement to handover.
  • Manage customer expectations and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits and attend client meetings.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and installation teams.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project costs and profitability.
  • Resolve project issues quickly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and UAE regulations.
  • Coordinate procurement and material deliveries.
  • Supervise installation teams and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Aluminium & Glass, Construction, or Fit Out projects in the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong understanding of: Aluminium Systems, Glass Installation, Curtain Walls, Glass Partitions, Doors & Windows, Shower Enclosures, Steel Structures, Cladding Systems.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations professionally.
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • AutoCAD (Preferred)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and architectural plans.
  • Experience preparing project reports and schedules.
