Role overview
Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of architectural scopes across major transit infrastructure projects.
Support architectural works for stations and facilities within the Ontario Line South initiative.
The role manages safety, quality, schedule, budget, scope, and multidisciplinary stakeholder objectives.
Compensation
- The salary range is $140,000 CAD to $180,000 CAD per year, plus additional benefits.
Project planning and delivery
- Develop, maintain, and update project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Prepare monthly cost and progress reports against approved baselines.
- Monitor milestones, risks, opportunities, schedule, cost, quality, and scope.
- Maintain project documentation and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Construction management
- Oversee architectural construction activities and conduct regular site inspections.
- Support procurement and selection of construction materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
