Role Description
The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role oversees end-to-end delivery of pre-engineered steel building and construction projects.
Project Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.
- Plan schedules and coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams.
- Manage contractors, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Prepare project reports and support risk management, cost control, and contractual compliance.
- Maintain communication with clients and internal leadership.
