Overview
We are a real estate development company looking for an experienced Construction Project Consultant on a part-time or full-time basis.
We are planning to develop a residential G+10 build-to-rent building in JVC, Dubai.
We need an individual consultant to guide us through the development process — from engaging design consultants to managing contractors and subcontractors.
Your Role
- Advise us on how to select and deal with design consultant companies
- Help us understand what to ask for and what to expect at each stage
- Review consultant proposals, contracts, and deliverables
- Guide us from pre-design through to construction handover
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in UAE construction
- Residential high-rise (G+10 or above) experience required
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality processes
- Experience working with or as a consultant
- PMP certification is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
