Position Overview
Construction MEP Engineer responsible for managing and supervising mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for building construction projects.
The role covers execution, coordination, quality control, project planning, safety compliance, and timely delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.E., B.Tech, or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in MEP execution for commercial, residential, institutional, or industrial building projects.
- Experience in building construction projects is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, and ELV systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and BOQs.
- Knowledge of IS Codes, NBC, and construction quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute MEP activities at construction sites.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and civil teams.
