The Role
The organization is seeking an experienced and organized Construction Manager.
The role oversees construction planning, project coordination, contractor performance, schedules, budgets, quality, and site-related activities.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in the United Arab Emirates and is fully remote.
- The position is part-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from planning through completion.
- Develop project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and key deliverables.
- Review drawings, specifications, construction plans, contracts, and project documentation.
- Identify risks, delays, and operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure construction activities follow approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate procurement, materials, equipment, and resource requirements.
- Conduct project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain project records, reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Monitor contractor performance and contractual compliance.
