Construction Manager Water Supply - III

Construction Management Expert will be Responsible for overall construction management, quality assurance/ control and administration of multiple contracts, Supervise the construction activity diligently during the implementation of the work, Provide Training on best practices in construction management, Contract management and Performance Monitoring of various contractors, Support in preparing Project Completion Report and progress reports, Assist in resolving contractual issue, ensure safety at works and compliance with ADB’s safeguard policies and procedure. Construction Management Expert shall preferably i) be Graduate Civil Engineer and Post graduate in PHE/Environmental Engineering, ii) have 10 years of experience in construction management of water supply projects, iii)

in similar capacity and sound knowledge of Contract management and experience in FIDIC contract conditions, experience in computer based contract management tools shall be preferred.

in externally funded projects shall have added advantage.
