Role Overview
Lead and manage end-to-end construction activities for utility-scale solar power projects.
Ensure project milestones, quality standards, safety requirements, and budget targets are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Manage civil, mechanical, electrical, transmission line, and substation construction activities.
- Monitor construction progress, resources, productivity, and contractor performance.
- Address project risks, delays, and technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, statutory regulations, HSSE requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
