Overview
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and Saudi building codes, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, fostering strong working relationships to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any conflicts efficiently.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, tracking progress against these baselines, and proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays or cost overruns.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, ensuring adherence to approved plans, specifications, and regulations, and promptly addressing any non-compliance issues.
