We are currently looking for a Construction Manager, who will
As the Construction Manager, you will:
Lead site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget across your portfolio.
Hold tier 2 suppliers to account on safety, quality, and programme, including robust RAMS review and approval.
Drive constructability, project rehearsals, and fit-for-assembly sign-off to improve performance and unlock innovation.
Champion a strong safety culture alongside zero-waste and low-carbon construction practices.
Plan labour, plant, and materials effectively while ensuring contractual and commercial issues are escalated on time.
We are looking for:
HNC or degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with proven experience managing operational resources in fast-paced project environments.
Strong background in water or water recycling non-infrastructure projects, with essential experience delivering large structures in the water sector.
SMSTS and SEATS trained, with a minimum Black CSCS Card and a strong track record in leading high standards of safety.
Proven leader who can inspire teams, drive performance, and take a hands-on approach to achieve critical outcomes.
Excellent communicator, able to manage competing priorities and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
