Requirements
- Strong background in new build commercial projects in the delivery phase
- Experience on institutional projects preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

About The Group
- This group specialize in delivering new build projects up to $80 mil in Victoria. They predominately deliver projects for government and private schools, councils and government authorities. They are looking for a Construction Manager that can manage half their project teams throughout the construct
Responsibilities
- Managing budgets and forecasts of project teams

- Prepare and present monthly construction reports to the owners
- Assist with bid management around construction methodology and value management.

- Overseeing management of systems EH&S, Quality, other company procedures
- Resource Management of project delivery teams
About You
- You will ideally have a strong background in new build commercial projects in the delivery phase and ideally have worked on institutional projects.
- It is essential you have the ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes for the company.
