About the Role
JMG Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager for a data centre/mission critical project in North West Dublin. The role involves leading all MEP construction activities from pre-construction through commissioning.

Responsibilities
- Manage all MEP construction activities from pre construction through commissioning and handover
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing and specialist subcontractors
- Review design documentation and identify constructability issues
- Monitor installation progress against programme milestones
- Lead MEP coordination meetings and interface management with CSA team
- Manage RFIs, technical queries and design changes
- Ensure all MEP installations comply with project specifications and statutory requirements
- Oversee testing, commissioning and integrated systems validation
- Monitor quality, safety and productivity on site
- Provide progress reporting to senior management and client stakeholders
- Support procurement planning and material delivery schedules
- Drive successful project completion and operational handover
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management or equivalent
- 10–15+ years' experience managing large scale MEP packages
- Strong background in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or Mission Critical projects
- Experience managing commissioning and handover processes
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection and plumbing systems
- Proven subcontractor and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent planning, coordination and reporting capabilities

Role Overview
- The MEP Construction Manager will lead the planning, coordination, installation, testing and commissioning of all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems throughout the project lifecycle.
- The role is critical to ensuring systems are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards and commissioning requirements.
Key Responsibilities
