Role Overview
A construction company is hiring a Construction Manager - MEP for the ROSHN Al Arous project.
The assignment has a stated duration of three months and is marked as urgent.
Expected mobilisation date is 1 September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Manage MEP execution across the project and coordinate electrical, mechanical, and plumbing scopes with civil works.
- Ensure MEP installations meet design requirements, SBC standards, and client specifications.
- Supervise MEP engineers and foremen and coordinate MEP subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
- At least 10 years of MEP construction management experience is required.
- GCC residential experience is preferred.
