Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities across multiple work areas.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure delivery aligns with approved schedules, budgets, specifications, drawings, and standards.
• Supervise civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and optimize site productivity.
• Lead coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support procurement and logistics for uninterrupted execution.
• Promote health, safety, and environment standards.
• Prepare progress reports and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
• At least five years as a Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager.
• Experience managing high-value commercial, residential, or hospitality developments.
• Strong construction methodology, project sequencing, leadership, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience managing multicultural project teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Availability to relocate to Dubai.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in high-rise buildings, luxury hotels, commercial complexes, residential towers, infrastructure, mixed-use developments, industrial construction, airports, or healthcare facilities is preferred.

Compensation

• The description states a monthly salary of AED 30,000 to AED 42,000, approximately EUR 7,500 to EUR 10,500 per month, tax free.
• A performance-based annual bonus is also stated.
