The Opportunity

About the Company

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities across multiple work areas.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved schedules and budgets.
• Supervise civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
• Monitor progress, identify delivery risks, and optimize site productivity.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, engineering drawings, and international standards.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support procurement and logistics activities for uninterrupted execution.
• Promote health, safety, and environment standards across the workforce.
• Prepare senior management progress reports and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
• At least 5 years as a Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager.
• Experience managing high-value commercial, residential, or hospitality developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project sequencing.
• Experience managing multicultural project teams.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Availability to relocate to Dubai.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in high-rise buildings, luxury hotels and resorts, commercial complexes, residential towers, infrastructure, mixed-use developments, industrial construction, airports, or healthcare facilities is highly appreciated.

Salary and Benefits

• The description states a monthly salary of AED 30,000 to AED 42,000, depending on experience and project background.
