As the site lead, reporting into the operations manager, you’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships with customers and supply chain partners while leading some of our most significant projects. Proven track record of successful delivery of multiple mid-large scale commercial construction projects.
Strong experience within different construction methods and materials.
The ability to manage diverse teams (including the supply chain, direct employees and consultants) to achieve the best results and create a one-team ethos.
Strong commercial awareness, especially around budgeting, understanding scope of works and control of variations.
Well-rounded technical skills, including the ability to interpret contract documents, programmes, drawings, and specifications. Coupled with the ability to communicate clearly across the wider delivery team.
Strong ability to navigate software’s including Microsoft Office Suite, Asta & Common Data Environment’s (Dalux, Nialli, Fieldview, etc).
Proven experience with the planning, implementing and managing of site logistics and temporary works on site.
Calm head in times of pressure, by having a can-do attitude.
Minimum relevant level 4 qualification (HNC/NVQ4 etc).
Appropriate CSCS card, SMSTS certificate and First Aid at Work certificate.
Drivers licence.
Relevant degree.
MCIOB.
