Seeking an experienced Construction Manager for ongoing projects in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, UAE.
The role focuses on landscape construction and external works management.
Requirements
- Civil Engineering qualification.
- Minimum five years of UAE experience with a construction company.
- Strong experience in landscaping and external works.
- Experience with hard and soft landscaping, interlock paving, tile laying, kerbstone fixing, gardening, and beautification works.
- Immediate or early joiners will be given preference.
- Relevant UAE construction and landscaping experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage site teams, manpower, subcontractors, and project execution.
- Oversee hard and soft landscaping works.
- Manage interlock paving, tile laying, and kerbstone or curbstone fixing works.
- Coordinate gardening and beautification works.
- Apply project planning, quality, and safety practices to support timely completion.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 7,500 to AED 12,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
