Overview
- We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager with specialized expertise in roofing systems and a minimum of 15 years of experience to lead projects across the GCC Countries (especially in KSA).
- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing construction, ensuring compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Lead and manage roofing construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, municipal regulations, and safety standards
- Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards
- Monitor progress, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management
- Control project budgets, costs, and procurement processes
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues
- Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including engineers and supervisors
- Ensure implementation of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies in line with KSA regulations
