Construction Manager

• Lead and manage the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring the project aligns with both client expectations and company standards.
• Establish trust with clients and key stakeholders by providing expert guidance and leading the project with confidence and authority.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and trade contractors to ensure clarity and accuracy of construction plans, resolving any discrepancies that arise.
• Set quality standards for the project and communicate them clearly to all teams, ensuring that the finished product meets our high level of craftsmanship.
• Oversee construction schedules , proactively resolving any timing conflicts or delays to keep the project on track.
• Conduct thorough inspections to verify the quality of work , address any issues immediately, and ensure compliance with project scope and expectations.
• Lead meetings with clients and other key stakeholders, providing updates on the project’s schedule, quality, and any estimates or changes.
• Manage and mentor Schmid & Rhodes Foremen, ensuring jobsite efficiency and leadership.
• Partner with the Project Administrator to ensure seamless communication, documentation, procurement of materials, and issue resolution throughout the project.
• Oversee all invoices and resolve any discrepancies, giving final approval on payments to trade contractors and vendors.
• Provide comprehensive internal reporting , keeping the team and stakeholders informed on schedule status, estimates, and project progression.
