Position Overview
Parsons is seeking an accomplished Construction Manager to lead complex Intelligent Transportation Systems construction and deployment projects.
The role oversees multiple concurrent projects from initiation through final handover.
The position is responsible for technical, operational, commercial, and administrative delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall delivery of Intelligent Transportation Systems programs.
- Achieve project objectives, milestones, budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
- Provide strategic direction to Resident Engineers, Senior ITS Engineers, and multidisciplinary supervision teams.
- Coordinate contractors, client representatives, service authorities, technology suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain communication channels among project teams, contractors, client organizations, and authorities.
- Implement project management procedures, contract administration practices, quality assurance processes, and engineering standards across project packages.
- Minimize interface conflicts and support safe, efficient, on-schedule, and on-budget delivery.
- Oversee projects through final handover.
