Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities across infrastructure and mixed-use development sites.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain project delivery schedules.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of construction execution.
- Track progress, budgets, and risks and report updates to the Project Director.
- Support stakeholder coordination for large-scale residential and community infrastructure works.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of construction management experience, including work on large-scale residential infrastructure, mixed-use developments, roads and utilities, or broader community infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience with budget tracking, cost control, and quality assurance across construction delivery.
- Solid understanding of HSE compliance, contractor performance management, and progress reporting to the Project Director.
