Position Summary
Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all construction activities associated with a large-scale mining plant project. The role will provide construction leadership during project development from the Home Office and subsequently assume full responsibility for on-site construction execution, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Home Office Phase • Participate in project planning, constructability reviews, and execution strategy development. • Support engineering, procurement, contracting, and project controls teams during project development. • Review engineering deliverables to ensure construction readiness and efficient execution. • Develop construction management plans, site mobilization plans, and workforce strategies. • Participate in contractor prequalification, tender evaluations, and contract award recommendations. • Develop construction schedules, resource plans, and site logistics strategies. • Support HSE planning and project risk assessments. • Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure timely material and equipment availability.
