Role overview
Construction Manager responsible for end-to-end construction and project execution.
The role covers multiple sites or projects across real estate, construction, infrastructure, builder, or EPC environments.
Experience and qualifications
- Requires 8-15 years of experience.
- Requires strong civil construction, RCC, finishing, and MEP coordination experience.
- Candidates should have independently handled construction execution and teams.
- B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Profiles focused only on planning or estimation, or junior site-engineer roles, are not the target.
Core responsibilities
- Manage multiple sites or projects, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Plan and control budgets, timelines, resources, and quality.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, vendors, and project teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project execution.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹40,000-₹90,000 per month.
