Construction Manager

Role Overview

Experience and Qualification

• The role requires 5–7 years of experience.
• Experience may be in data center, commercial, or industrial construction.
• A B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end civil and interior construction activities.
• Plan work according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with the general contractor, MEP teams, architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor subcontractor productivity, manpower, materials, daily progress, and milestone dates.

Data Center Fit-Out Scope

• Manage RCC and civil modifications, blockwork, plastering, and flooring.
• Manage epoxy or PU flooring, raised access floors, false ceilings, partitions, and drywall.
• Manage painting, finishing, doors, fire-rated doors, and architectural works.
• Manage toilet, wet-area, and external or associated civil works where required.
• Coordinate civil and interior works with MEP services in live data center environments.

Cost, Quality, and Safety

• Review BOQs, quantities, RA bills, material reconciliation, and variation works.
• Ensure quality through ITPs, inspections, mock-ups, checklists, and snag closure.
• Maintain HSE compliance and observe data center operational constraints.

Reporting and Handover

• Conduct daily and weekly progress meetings and prepare MIS or progress reports.
• Handle client and consultant inspections, approvals, and handover documentation.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹80,000.00 to ₹90,000.00 per month.
