The Construction Manager is responsible for leading and managing all onshore and offshore construction activities associated with large-scale Upstream Oil & Gas projects, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective project execution.
The role provides overall leadership for construction planning, execution, site management, contractor coordination, and field supervision from project mobilization through mechanical completion.
The position requires extensive experience in offshore oil and gas developments, preferably within a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) environment, and a proven track record of delivering mega projects for major Middle East/GCC operators.
