- Review construction progress and implement corrective actions where required
- Manage site logistics, construction sequencing, and coordination between different disciplines
- Identify and resolve technical, operational, and site related challenges
- Conduct project meetings and prepare progress reports for management
- Ensure successful achievement of project milestones and handover requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and project execution
- Experience in coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and authorities
- Ability to manage multiple teams and project activities effectively
- UAE construction experience is preferred

- World Legend Contracting L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a high rise tower project in Business Bay, Dubai
