Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, with emphasis on federal construction projects, maintenance, repair, and minor construction.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated experience in construction cost estimating, cost control, scheduling, and contract administration.
Proven knowledge of construction means and methods, equipment, materials, and supervisory practices.
Experience working under U.S. Federal Government contracts, including familiarity with CQC systems and international construction environments, is highly desirable.
