About the Role
Generic Engineering Technologies seeks a Construction Manager to lead major roads and infrastructure projects in Doha, Qatar.
The role requires 15+ years of experience in roads and infrastructure, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction activities from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering teams.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with design, quality, HSE, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead site teams and resolve technical and logistical challenges.
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong construction management and project execution experience.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of QA/QC, HSE, schedules, and construction methods.
- UPDA (Grade B).
- Bilingual in English and Arabic.
