- Lead and oversee civil construction activities across multiple projects from mobilization to handover
- Manage daily site operations to ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure proper execution and compliance
- Plan and control project schedules, resources, and workflows to meet milestones
- Coordinate with project teams (engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE) for smooth operations
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors; ensure accountability and performance
- Monitor progress and productivity; take corrective action to resolve delays or issues
- Control project costs, track budgets, and identify opportunities for optimization and savings
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, specifications, and inspection requirements
- Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures and ensure timely inspections and approvals
- Enforce HSE policies, conduct site inspections, and promote a strong safety culture
- Manage subcontractors' work, performance, and compliance with contractual obligations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil construction
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of ERP systems

Purpose
- The Construction Manager – Civil Department Operations is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising civil construction activities across multiple projects.
- The role ensures that all civil work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- This position plays a key role in optimizing operational efficiency, managing resources, and supporting strategic project execution within the organization.
Responsibilities

Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree of Civil Engineering or Equivalent.
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- OSHA or equivalent safety certifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (where applicable)
- Minimum (10+) years of experience.
- Good knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook, ...etc.).
- Good knowledge of ERP systems concepts with proven practice.
- Good command in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in project planning and scheduling and cost control, with the ability to effectively leverage these tools to ensure high quality deliverables.
- Technical background in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD, coupled with the ability to efficiently apply technical standards within a dynamic work environment.
