- Oversee the entire construction process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget by coordinating with various stakeholders
- Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, translating them into actionable plans for the construction team
- Manage site operations and enforce safety regulations to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, procurement of materials, and tracking expenditure
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and milestones for senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and licenses
Requirements
- 15 18 years of experience in civil construction management
- Ability to oversee entire construction process and coordinate with stakeholders
- Experience in reviewing and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality control measures
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, cost estimates, and procurement
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
