Job Purpose
Lead the PMC construction teams and coordinate all construction activities for the project.
Deliver a safe, sustainable, timely, and cost-effective project handover with a quality product.
Ensure construction scopes, constructability, contractor performance, and personnel competency are effectively managed.
Construction Leadership
- Champion project safety culture, behaviors, and engagement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve construction issues during project phases.
- Maintain cooperation among PMC, contractors, and owner construction personnel while upholding quality standards.
- Coordinate with licensors for construction site visits and inspections.
