The employer is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a building construction project in Dubai, UAE.

The role manages site delivery, planning, coordination, quality, safety, and project handover.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least seven years of UAE construction industry experience.
Strong experience in Dubai-based building projects and coordination with government authorities.
Knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, drawings, specifications, technical submittals, and programme management.
Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, multiple disciplines, inspections, testing, snagging, and handover.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good understanding of QA/QC and HSE requirements.
Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
Preference is given to candidates currently in the UAE who can join at short notice.

Monitor progress, critical activities, delays, look-ahead programmes, and recovery plans with the planning team.
Coordinate with the client, consultant, contractors, authorities, and other project stakeholders.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and multiple disciplines.
Coordinate authority inspections, testing, completion requirements, and final project handover.
Review drawings, specifications, method statements, RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical coordination.
