Job Summary
The role manages construction and installation of 11 kV overhead transmission and distribution lines.
The Construction Manager is responsible for site activities, resources, drawings, specifications, safety, quality, schedule, reporting, and project delivery.
Work location is in person.
Construction Management
- Plan, manage, and supervise construction and installation of 11 kV overhead lines.
- Manage pole erection, foundations, stringing, conductor installation, cross-arms, insulators, stays, earthing, and associated works.
- Monitor daily construction progress and ensure completion according to the approved project schedule.
- Identify construction issues, delays, and technical problems and implement corrective actions.
Coordination and Resources
- Coordinate engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Plan manpower, equipment, materials, and other resources required for construction activities.
- Liaise with clients and consultants to resolve site-related technical and construction issues.
