Project Overview
A prestigious **5-star hotel project in Dubai**, currently in the **interior fit-out and finishing stage**, is seeking an experienced **Construction Manager** for immediate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities during the **fit-out / finishing stage**.
- Control daily site operations, construction sequencing, manpower, and productivity.
- Coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors across architectural finishes, specialist trades, and MEP interfaces.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and **5-star hotel quality standards**.
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager, consultants, and client representatives.
- Enforce **HSE requirements** and UAE construction regulations.
- Identify construction risks and implement corrective actions to maintain progress.
- **Mandatory Requirements (ALL Required)**Please apply ONLY if you meet ALL the following criteria:
- Minimum **10 years of construction experience**
- **At least one completed 5-star hotel project** as **Construction Manager**
- Strong experience in **interior fit-out / finishing works**
- **Previous Dubai / UAE project experience**
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors in a fast-track environment
