Job Summary
Responsible for overall construction execution of high-rise building projects.
Ensure works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
The candidate must have proven experience managing G+30 or higher high-rise buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction execution from structural works through completion and handover.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities against project programmes and milestones.
- Manage civil, structural, and architectural works and coordinate site disciplines.
- Monitor progress, productivity, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project, planning, QS, QA/QC, HSE, MEP, design, and procurement teams.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Drive completion of structural cycles, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, finishes, and external works.
- Review construction methods and improve productivity, quality, and programme performance.
- Identify risks, delays, and technical issues and coordinate corrective action.
- Control manpower, materials, plant, and equipment to optimise project resources.
- Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and project requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, snags, NCRs, reporting, recovery actions, and handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- 12–15 years of total construction experience with significant high-rise building experience.
- Mandatory proven experience managing G+30 or higher high-rise buildings.
- Strong experience with high-rise structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Experience working with major subcontractors and managing multiple construction teams.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 20,000–AED 25,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
