Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work progress aligns with planned targets.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Foremen to ensure execution readiness.
- Verify availability of drawings, materials, and manpower before starting activities.
- Monitor site progress and report delays, risks, and blockers in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and support QA/QC inspections.
- Implement corrective actions and minimize rework or quality issues.
- Enforce HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture on site.
- Submit accurate daily progress reports and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Support and guide site teams to improve performance and execution efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Construction Technology
- 6–8 years of experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction sequences, site execution, and material compliance
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and HSE standards on site
- Ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate effectively under pressure
- Strong communication and reporting skills

About the Role
