• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed
• Help prep and clean job sites, including removing debris and materials
• Load and unload tools and materials from trucks
• Support carpenters, finishers, and other crew members as needed
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety rules and speak up if something isn’t right
• Report any incidents to your foreman or supervisor right away

• At least 1 year of construction experience preferred
• Willingness to travel to different job sites when needed
• Able to lift heavy materials and handle physical work
• Good work ethic and reliable—someone the crew can count on
• Takes safety seriously and works well with a team
