VINSCON CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a Construction Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and site staff
- Ensure work is completed according to project drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently to achieve project targets
- Monitor site productivity and report progress to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and site procedures
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers
- Inspect work quality and identify any defects or non conformities for corrective action
- Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve site issues
- Maintain records of manpower attendance, work progress, and material usage
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and construction equipment
- Assist in planning work schedules and meeting project deadlines
- Report accidents, incidents, delays, and site concerns to management promptly
