Job Description
Wadi Al Sultana Contracting is looking for an experienced and responsible **Construction Foreman** to supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and solid experience in UAE construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction site activities
- Manage and guide workers and subcontractors
- Handle and oversee **shuttering and carpentry works** on site
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
- Maintain quality, safety, and project deadlines
- Coordinate with engineers and site management
- Monitor site progress and report updates
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and site supervision
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Good leadership and communication skills
