Job Title: CEF Instructor Position Summary Western Community College (WCC) is seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Electrician Foundation (CEF) Instructor to deliver Construction Electrician Foundation program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction, supporting student success, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

• Deliver Construction Electrician Foundation courses in accordance with the approved curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, assessments, and practical learning activities.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate student attendance and academic records.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
• Participate in faculty meetings, program development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support students in achieving program learning outcomes and industry standards.

• BC Construction Electrician Certificate of Qualification (COFQ) with Inter-Provincial Red Seal Endorsement (IP RSE), or a Certificate of Qualification with Inter-Provincial Red Seal (IP RSE) from another Canadian jurisdiction.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working as a Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory, code requirements, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
