- Maintain project documentation (Control Documents).
- Assist with the preparation and proofing of project deliverables.
- Oversee the coordination of project team meetings.
- Prepare project management reports.
- Build and maintain excellent client/designer/subcontractor relationships.
- Track and report project progress.
- Trade buyout/award process oversight.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years in construction related experience.
- Must have time management, organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in building construction schedules and understanding of sequencing from beginning to end.
- Proficient with MS Office Software including Projects & Excel.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Adobe.
- General Understanding of AIA Contract Documents.
