Davenergy Solutions is currently seeking an onsite, full-time Construction Administrator (CM-CA) to support construction projects at the Lyons Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Lyons, New Jersey .

This support is required to assist with construction administration and oversight activities at an active VA medical facility, including infrastructure upgrades and facility improvements that may occur in occupied clinical environments.

• Ability to quickly understand and apply the requirements of local, state, and federal jurisdictions as they relate to assigned construction projects.
• Strong communication, language, and software skills with the ability to utilize a variety of software tools to monitor, update, and produce work products.
• Working knowledge of construction practices and the ability to support the implementation of project plans including: Quality Assurance (QA) Safety Schedule Cost Change and Information Management

• Experience monitoring construction activities for Quality Assurance (QA).
• Experience preparing, analyzing, and identifying deficiencies or inconsistencies in contractor work relative to construction documents.
