To be eligible to transfer you must:
Be a current serving police officer in a Home Office force.
Have no outstanding misconduct or integrity issues.
Have resided in the UK for three years immediately prior to submitting your application.
Must have successfully completed your probationary period with your Force prior and be substantive in post.

Rejoining the force:
To rejoin you must have previously served as a member of a police force and have satisfactorily completed your probation service in the rank of constable required under regulation 12.
Rejoining Officers will be appointed in a rank decided by the Chief Officer making the appointment and will complete a probationary period determined by the Chief Officer.
