Under the direction of the Business Development Center Manager, the Procurement Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential sellers, traders, or consignors of RVs. They are responsible for proactively working leads to find individuals who are interested in selling their RVs and then passing those leads to the Pre-Owned Inventory Specialist for further handling. This position requires exceptional communication skills, persistence, and a proactive approach to generate a consistent pipeline of used RV inventory.

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-up communication to engage with leads and build relationships. Must prioritize a focus on calling leads; Secondary communication like email and text may be used within reason.
Qualify leads by gathering information about their RVs, their motivations for selling, and their desired outcomes.

Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction/repeat business and referrals.
All other duties as assigned.
