Responsibilities
- Act as strategic partner for clients to develop high performance social media strategies
- Manage a portfolio of clients and collaborate with creative, influence, content, and paid media teams
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly content plans and strategic recommendations
- Identify growth, innovation, and optimization opportunities
- Advise clients on best practices, trends, and platform evolutions
- Lead client meetings and present documents
- Develop long term trusting relationships with clients
- Interpret performance data and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Contribute to development of agency methodologies and processes
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or agency
- Significant experience in client account management
- Excellent ability to present strategies and results to clients
- Strong understanding of social platforms and best practices (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads)
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance data
- Experience in budget management and mandate planning
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Bilingualism French and English

- Clark Influence is a creative agency specialized in influencer marketing, social media, and content creation. We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager passionate about platforms, trends, and achieving goals.
Tes missions
- Act as strategic partner for clients to develop high performance social media strategies
- Manage a portfolio of clients and collaborate with creative, influence, content, and paid media teams
- Play a key role in planning, presenting strategic recommendations, budget management, and mentoring junior team members
Stratégie et conseil
- Develop social media strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly content plans and strategic recommendations
- Identify growth, innovation, and optimization opportunities
- Advise clients on best practices, trends, and platform evolutions
- Participate in playbooks, strategic workshops, brainstorms, and client presentations
Gestion de comptes et relation client
- Act as main point of contact for several clients
- Ensure daily mandate management and deadline compliance
- Lead client meetings and present documents
- Develop long term trusting relationships with clients
- Anticipate needs, issues, and business opportunities
- Participate in annual budget development and mandate forecasts
- Ensure budget compliance and optimal resource use
Analyse et performance
- Interpret performance data and identify key learnings
- Present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to clients
- Formulate concrete recommendations based on observed results
- Collaborate with paid media teams to optimize overall campaign performance
Leadership et collaboration
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Participate in development of agency methodologies and processes
- Collaborate closely with creative, influence, content, and paid media teams
- Contribute to maintaining Clark's excellence standards
