Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (Law, Ethics, Technology Management, Public Affairs, Data Science) or equivalent experience
- 4 6 years experience in consulting, project management, adult education, or technology governance
- Strong knowledge of AI governance issues (ethics, bias, regulation, risk management)
- Fluent in French and English, spoken and written
- Strong public speaking skills and ability to popularize complex concepts for executive audiences
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables autonomously in an agile environment
- Excellent writing skills for producing policies and strategic reports

Your Main Functions
- Facilitate and deliver presentations, executive workshops, and high level training on AI governance.
- Take charge of delivering existing programs (e.g., training modules in responsible AI and AI governance).
- Design, structure, and update training content and educational materials in AI governance.
- Design and develop AI governance artifacts and tools for executive audiences.
- Collaborate with the Education team to evolve the workshop offering.
- Take charge of developing and facilitating the AI governance community of practice.
- Build and orchestrate a dynamic annual calendar (target of 6 to 8 events per year).
Your Profile
- Graduate university degree (Master's) in a relevant field (Law, Ethics, Technology Management, Public Affairs, Data Science) or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in consulting, project management, adult education, or technology governance.
- Strong knowledge of issues related to artificial intelligence governance (ethics, bias, regulation, risk management).
- Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
- Strong public speaking skills and ability to popularize complex concepts for executive audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently and autonomously in an agile, fast growing environment.
- Ability to work in synergy with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent writing skills for producing policies and strategic reports.
