Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to develop, maintain, and optimize system configuration processes, ensuring accurate configuration control, system integrity, and compliance throughout the system lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain configuration management plans, policies, and procedures.
• Manage configuration baselines, change requests, and system documentation.
• Analyze configuration issues and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate configuration changes with engineering and project teams.
• Perform configuration audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Support software and hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare configuration status reports and documentation for project leadership .

• ServiceNow or Remedy

• Microsoft Excel and Visio

• TS/SCI (eligible for CI Poly)
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in Configuration Management or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of configuration management principles, change control, and version control.
