Configuration and Data Manager (MDA)

MDR is seeking a proactive problem solver to serve as a Configuration and Data Manager for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Targets and Countermeasures Program Office.

In this role, you will support multiple programs dedicated to developing, refining, and testing MDA target systems designed to evaluate U.S. missile defense capabilities.

• Program Data Management: Organize and maintain program assets, including reports, briefings, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
• Data Dissemination & Tracking: Manage the intake, routing, tracking, and archival of MDA development data.
• Collaboration Tools Administration: Serve as the lead administrator for the program's Integrated Data Environment (IDE), managing MDA SharePoint sites and shared data repositories.
• Milestone Review Support: Facilitate major program reviews by coordinating logistics, compiling briefing decks, tracking objective evidence, and recording action items.
• Contract Data Deliverables (CDRLs): Oversee the end-to-end CDRL lifecycle, including receipt, tracking, forecasting, and cross-functional distribution.
• Configuration Control Boards (CCB): Support prime contractor CCB activities by logging change requests, preparing supporting data packages, and documenting meeting minutes and action items.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain the Lessons Learned database, overseeing the drafting, coordination, archival, and distribution of findings across government and industry stakeholders.

• Security Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required, with active DoD Security Clearance.​​
• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of data/configuration management experience supporting missile defense or large-scale, complex DoD programs.
• Configuration Control: Proven background establishing and maintaining strict configuration-controlled environments.
